Open invitation!

To those of you who appreciate art and have an inquisitive mind, I invite you to come to “Deco Follies” at the Biel from the 3rd until the 6th of July and visit my stand where you will find a small percentage of my work on display. As an emerging artist (who won the “prix signature” in France in 2006 when I first started painting) a collection of my works depicting different facets of my life will be on display. Each painting tells a story, from my struggle for freedom, motherhood, Love and anger, to the ailment of my mother land.
I invite all my readers to take the time to visit my stand and share with me common fears, aspirations, hopes and experiences lived.

Forever lost

To savor a few moments of bliss without thinking about tomorrow, until the day all disappears with no hope of return.

My sense of belonging

The story of my nation commences with letters; a tree standing tall like its people covered in a virgin snow, which once melted; created a country which today is crying out for help.

My testimony

The owner of this page graciously gave me permission to post the following with no meddling or censorship.
Having known the painter, the artist, the friend; and having witnessed her transformation, I felt compelled to contribute to her page the best I know how. Since I am hopeless at drawing or even sketching I will try to portray my admiration to her and her beautiful soul with those few words and a couple of her work I accompanied along their creation.

“Blessed to have known you”.

Satan's Breath

My country torn

This painting reminds me of my Lebanon who is crying out for help.
My Lebanon might be crying out again

The return

To better navigate in the world of art with my feelings and emotions, I have reverted to acrylic paint with a modern and transparent brush stroke.
